Do I need an account or password?+
No. No customer account is required and no Instagram or Facebook password is requested. Only the public link required for the service is used.
What is International Select?+
International Select includes the ordered quantity, processing of the public link, private tracking and access to support. It is an international offer: no specific country, activity level, retention or additional refill is guaranteed unless explicitly stated for the service.
What does the France option on Instagram mean?+
When the France option is available in the configurator, it corresponds to the France Instagram service offered for the selected service. It is separate from International Select and is not offered on Facebook.
What quantities can I order?+
Followers, likes and views: 1,000 to 100,000. Custom comments: 10 to 1,000, with exactly one comment per line. Custom comments are priced at €6.90 / 100 with International Select and €8.90 / 100 with the France option when available.
Which link should I provide?+
A public link matching the service: profile, page, post, video or Reel as applicable. The link must remain correct, public and accessible during processing.
What is the processing time?+
Processing generally starts within an indicative 1–40 hour window after payment confirmation, depending on the service, quantity and technical availability. This is not a promise of completion at a precise hour.
Can metrics change after delivery?+
Yes. Platforms can adjust their counters or remove interactions. Replacement or refill is guaranteed only when explicitly stated for the relevant service.
How does payment work?+
The available method is selected on Meta Influence and card details are then entered on an external secure payment page. Meta Influence does not store full card details.
What if the service is not delivered?+
Contact support with your tracking code. The order is reviewed and the undelivered portion may be refunded when it meets the Refund Policy conditions.
Can I exercise a right of withdrawal?+
Where applicable law provides a right of withdrawal, the corresponding rules apply. Because you may request the service to start before that period ends, read the Withdrawal Right page before payment.
