Withdrawal right and service start
This page explains how a withdrawal right works where the law applicable to the contract provides one.
Principle
For some distance contracts with consumers, a statutory withdrawal period may apply. This right depends in particular on the consumer’s country, the nature of the service and the stage of performance.
Request to start before the period ends
At checkout, Meta Influence asks for an express confirmation where you want performance to start without waiting for any withdrawal period to end. This confirmation is recorded with the order.
Partial or full performance
Where the law provides, withdrawing after a requested start may result in payment of an amount proportionate to the part already performed. Where the service has been fully performed after your express request and the legal conditions are met, the right of withdrawal may end.
How to submit a request
Use the website chat or public contact email, clearly stating your wish to withdraw and your tracking code. The request will be reviewed under applicable law and the actual stage of service performance.
