This policy describes data processed to operate Meta Influence, manage orders, hosted payment, tracking and support.

Full card details are not stored by Meta Influence: they are entered on the secure page of the selected external payment method.

4. Recipients and processors

Necessary data may be accessible to the hosting provider, essential technical providers, the selected payment method and providers involved in service delivery, only to the extent necessary for their role. Their own policies may apply where they process data for their own purposes.

5. Retention

Order data is retained for the time needed for performance, tracking, complaints and applicable legal obligations. Support messages are retained while useful for handling requests and defending rights. Technical session data is retained for the period needed for service operation and security. Chat may keep a conversation identifier and the contact details you entered on your device for up to 30 days unless you clear them earlier. Data is then deleted or anonymized when no longer needed, subject to legal obligations.

6. Local storage and technical cookies

The website may use cookies or session mechanisms strictly necessary for the cart, payment, security and continuity of navigation. Chat uses local storage on the device to keep its conversation identifier and, if entered, your name and email for up to 30 days. You can clear this data from the chat.

7. International transfers

Some technical or delivery providers may process data from countries different from yours. Where regulation requires a protection mechanism for an international transfer, the controller must rely on an appropriate mechanism provided by the vendor or required by law.

8. Cookies and local storage

Meta Influence uses technical elements needed for the cart, session, chat and security. If non-essential analytics or advertising tools are added later, they must be documented and subject to any consent mechanism required by applicable law.

9. Your rights

Depending on applicable law, you may have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection, portability and withdrawal of consent where processing relies on consent. To exercise a right, contact the controller with enough information to identify your request. Identity evidence may be requested only where necessary to avoid disclosure to the wrong person.
