These terms govern the use of the Meta Influence website and orders for Instagram and Facebook visibility services. By placing an order, you confirm that you have read and accepted these terms.
1. Service scope
Meta Influence provides digital social visibility services configured from a public link supplied by the customer. No Instagram or Facebook password is requested.
2. Information supplied by the customer
The customer must provide an accurate public link that remains accessible during processing. An incorrect link, a private account, removed content or a change preventing processing may delay or prevent delivery.
3. Pricing and payment
The total price is displayed before confirmation. Payment is processed on a hosted page provided by the enabled payment provider. Meta Influence does not store full payment card details.
4. Delivery times
The estimated delivery time is 1 to 40 hours depending on the service, quantity, platform and technical availability. This period starts after payment has been successfully confirmed.
5. Permitted use
The customer remains responsible for their account, content and compliance with the rules applicable to the relevant platform. Meta Influence is an independent service and is not affiliated with Meta Platforms, Instagram or Facebook.
6. Cancellation and refunds
Requests are reviewed under the Refund Policy. When a paid service is not delivered and no usable processing has been provided, a refund may be issued after verification. In the event of partial delivery, any refund applies only to the undelivered portion.
7. Support and complaints
For any order-related question, use the customer support chat or the tracking page and provide your order code.
